The PhD Forum held on the 0th day of the EMOK Conference continues to enjoy unbroken popularity, with around fifty participants registered. The schedule for the Forum's presenters has also been finalized:

The public defense of Komlan Gbongli's doctoral dissertation entitled "Adding Bricks to Clicks: Vom reinen Online- zum Mehrkanal-Händler. Determinanten einer Expansion in den physischen Einzelhandel" will take place on July 16, 2024 at the Hantos Elemér Doctoral School of Business, Management and Regional Sciences of the University of Miskolc. The supervisor of the dissertation is Levente Kovács.

The public defense of Yuling Wei's doctoral dissertation entitled "The Role of Facial Enhancement Technology in Online Sales of Branded Color Cosmetics" will take place on June 17, 2024 at the Doctoral School of Business and Management of the Corvinus University of Budapest. The supervisors of the dissertation are Attila Simay and Ágnes Hofmeister Tóth.

The public defense of Daniel Eugen Herbert Sylvester Kudet's doctoral dissertation entitled "Adding Bricks to Clicks: Vom reinen Online- zum Mehrkanal-Händler. Determinanten einer Expansion in den physischen Einzelhandel" will take place on July 16, 2024 at the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School of the Andrássy Gyula University, Budapest. The supervisor of the dissertation is Martina Eckardt.

The public defense of Ahmad Daragmeh's doctoral dissertation entitled "UNDERSTANDING DIGITAL IMMIGRANTS’ SUSTAINED USE OF MOBILE PAYMENT IN POST COVID- 19 ERA" will take place on June 17, 2024 at the Doctoral School of Economic and Regional Sciences of the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Gödöllő. The supervisors of the dissertation are Judit Sági and Judit Bárczi.

Justin Paul will deliver the plenary lecture at the XXX EMOK Conference with the title “Publishing in Reputed Journals: DOs and DON'Ts.”

If you have not submitted a paper for the PhD section (or have submitted a paper to another section of the EMOK conference) but still wish to participate in the PhD Forum on the preliminary day of the conference, you can still register for the PhD Junior or PhD Master section with a presentation until June 10.

All reviewers have been invited recently, and we hope that they asked for flexibility and precision during the deadline change. That is, everyone can meet the 2-week deadline. The study or studies of the person to be judged will be visible on the https://conference.emok.hu/ interface after entering. If you have not registered yet, please do so using the email address to which the evaluation request was received.
