The language of the conference is Hungarian and English, and studies can be submitted in both languages. In addition to the foreign guest speakers of the plenary lectures, we also organize sections in English.

The sessions will consist of a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 7 presentations, each lasting 7 minutes. Following the presentations, there will be a joint roundtable discussion involving both presenters and the audience, allowing for reactions and discussions on the topics presented.

  • Innovative marketing education workshop
  • Special workshop (workshops designed by professional organizations and research groups)

AWARDS FOR BEST PERFORMANCES:

Prize for the „Best Paper”: 50,000 HUF (can be used for research)

The best – conference and PhD forum – presentations can be published in the Marketing & Management special issue or in the Tourism Bulletin’s issues.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE:

60,000 HUF/person + VAT, which includes the conference fee and accompanying programme fees.

128.000 HUF/person + VAT, which includes the conference fee, the accompanying programmes and accommodation. (limited number)

Workshop: 150.000 HUF/workshop + VAT, including equipment, technical support and use of local facilities.

Participation in the conference is subject to EMOK membership (3000 HUF/person EMOK membership fee for 2023) Account number (EMOK): 16200223-10038989 (Magnet Bank) This requirement does not apply to colleagues from EMOK member institutions.

Deadline for payment: 10 June 2024

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you make a deposit and cancel before 31 July 2024, you will be refunded 70% of the participation fee.
If cancelled between 31 July and 11 August 2024, 40% of the fee will be refunded.
If cancelled after 12 August 2024, we will not be able to refund the fee.
