The public defense of László Bendegúz Nagy's doctoral dissertation entitled "CONSUMER RESEARCH OF CREDIBILITY AND VALUE OF ORGANIC FOODS" will take place on October 14, 2024 at the Doctoral School of Economic and Regional Sciences of the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Gödöllő. The supervisor of the dissertation is Ágoston Temesi.
The first event of the EMOK Conference was the PhD Forum, which was attended by nearly 50 registered participants (including 21 PhD students).
Under the title 'The Era of Schizophrenic Marketing,' the Hungarian Marketing Association's annual business event took place on September 19. Thanks to the association's generosity, around 300 students from several Hungarian universities and many instructors from EMOK were able to attend the event free of charge.

On August 27, 2024, the Association for Marketing Education and Research held its election assembly in Pécs as part of the 30th International EMOK Conference, organized by the Faculty of Economics at the University of Pécs. Following the conclusion of the summer nomination process, the attendees at the assembly elected the new presidency and supervisory board.

Submissions can be any undergraduate or master's thesis obtained in Hungary or any EU/associated country, defended between August 1, 2023, and July 31, 2024.

Determinanten einer Expansion in den physischen Einzelhandel" will take place on July 16, 2024 at the Hantos Elemér Doctoral School of Business, Management and Regional Sciences of the University of Miskolc. The supervisor of the dissertation is Levente Kovács.
