On November 23, 2023, the 2022 Publication Awards of the Committee on Business Administration of Section IX of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA), were presented at the MTA's building on Nádor Street. The acknowledgments were handed over by Prof. Dr. Gyula Bakacsi (Chair of the Department of Economics) and Prof. Dr. Zoltán Veres (Chair of the Publication Awards Working Committee).
As previously reported, this year, the Marketing Science Subcommittee awarded the following publications:
- Winner in the International Journal Article category: Fuduric, Morana, Varga, Ákos, Horvat, Sandra, & Skare, Vatroslav (2022). The ways we perceive: A comparative analysis of manufacturer brands and private labels using implicit and explicit measures. Journal of Business Research, 142, 221-241.
- Winner in the Hungarian Language Journal Article category: Nagy Ákos, Németh Péter, Kemény Ildikó, & Szűcs Krisztián (2022). Webrooming és showrooming Magyarországon: Om-nichannel vásárlói magatartás a sportcikkek piacán [Webrooming and showrooming in Hungary: Omnichannel consumer behavior in the sports goods market]. In the Management and Organizational Science Subcommittee's Hungarian Language Journal Article category, the first prize went to Halász Ágnes, & Kenesei Zsófia (2022). Vezetéstudomány, 53(7), 4-18., while the article Harsányi Dávid, Totth Gedeon, Szabó Zoltán, & Brávácz Ibolya (2022). Hazai kis-és középvállalko-zások weboldalainak vizsgálata egy újszerű értékelési rendszer használatával [Examination of Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises' websites using a novel evaluation system]. Vezetéstudomány, 53(8-9), 162-175. received shared third place.
