Abstract
Research framework for the development of dynamic capabilities
The literature on dynamic capabilities can be considered as one of the most important research areas of business sciences. These capabilities support organizations in making strategic changes that enable them to respond to environmental challenges. Although the literature in the field is extensive, the development of the capability has received less attention. Both dynamic capabilities and their development are path-dependent, many unique features can be observed, but at the same time, similarities can be identified in them. The development of dynamic capabilities takes place in three main stages, regardless of organizations. The first stage is the individual level, the stage of formation, when the individuals who will carry out the design are assembled. The second is the interpersonal, interaction stage, where the individuals creating the capability start to interact with each other. The third and final stage is that of maturity; by this time, the given organization was able to produce a dynamic capability that could be interpreted not only at the individual and interpersonal, but also at the organizational level.
