Abstract
The role of networking competence in the framework of entrepreneurial competence – Literature review
In the past decades, there have been numerous attempts in the literature to organize the entrepreneurial competencies, which may later provide a basis for conducting further empirical research. With this study, the author's goal is to present the dimensions of entrepreneurial competence revealed in the literature and the created frameworks. As a sub-competency of the research that defines entrepreneurial competence, the ability to cooperate, network, create and maintain relationships is of great importance. In today's global, technologically advanced environment, willingness with networking can significantly influence an individual's ability to make connections, identify mentors, and develop skills. Such networking skills are crucial to career and personal success. In the second part of the study, the importance of networking competence is presented by reviewing the literature.
